What Sets Me Apart

There are many fantastic coaches out there, but what sets me apart is my background in behavioural science and health psychology. This expertise allows me to apply a behaviour change framework to support your strengths and help you overcome challenges. You will have someone in your corner who understands the science behind behaviour and can tailor strategies specifically to your needs.

This could include learning how to deal with avoidance, enhancing problem-solving skills, navigating workplace challenges, and fostering healthy lifestyle habits that support your overall well-being. Based on your specific needs, challenges, and goals, we will tailor our approach to ensure it aligns with what you are looking to achieve.

My ADHD coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

ADHD Coaching FAQs

While therapy often focuses on understanding and processing emotions and behaviours, ADHD coaching is action-oriented and focuses on practical strategies to manage daily challenges. Coaches help clients set goals, develop action plans, and stay accountable.

ADHD coaching can be beneficial if you find it challenging to manage tasks, stay organized, or achieve personal and professional goals due to ADHD symptoms. If you’re motivated to make changes and willing to work collaboratively with a coach, ADHD coaching might be a good fit. An initial consultation can help determine if this approach aligns with your needs and goals. Additionally, if you are unsure if you need therapy or coaching, please book a free introductory call, and we can help provide clarity on this.

Look for coaches who have specific training and certification in ADHD coaching from reputable organizations. It’s also beneficial if they have a background in psychology, education, or a related field, and experience working with individuals with ADHD, and having personal experience is a plus!

Sessions are typically one-on-one. They usually last between 50 minutes and are scheduled weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs.

During your first session, we will discuss your strengths, challenges, and goals. You’ll explain your ADHD symptoms and how they impact your life, and we’ll work together to create a tailored action plan to address your needs.

The timeline for seeing results varies depending on your goals and commitment to the process. Some clients may notice improvements within a few weeks.

Yes, ADHD coaching can be effectively combined with other treatments such as medication, or therapy. Coaches often work in collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to managing ADHD, however, I can cover therapy approaches as well.

Yes, I offer personalized packages tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, a one-off extended session of 90 minutes is available, as a supplemental session to your existing package. Please get in touch to discuss it further.

Additionally, I accept Access to Work grants, so please reach out to discuss what budget has been offered to you.

Choosing the right support is an important decision, and I want to make sure you find the best fit. I recommend speaking with a few coaches to explore your options and discover who resonates with you the most. To help you make an informed decision, I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation call. This allows us to discuss briefly your goals and needs and see if we are a good match. I am genuinely excited to connect with people and support them on their journey.
